Carefully Selected Ingredients
Working directly with organic farms, Hi-Lai Vegetarian selects only the finest organic rice, vegetables, beans, and fruit for our consumers. We've also imported organic black bean sprouts from Miaoli's Pai Shou Bean Sprout farm. In order to get the best ingredients and achieve our goal of creating authentically original culinary creations, every season our head chef creates new tastes and flavors using only the freshest in-season ingredients. Cost is no issue in our quest to bring the best to our customers as we use organic tofu, quinoa imported from Chile, handmade soy sauce and other amazing ingredients.
Our head chef has spent a life time honing his knowledge of Shanghai and Hong Kong dim sum. Using these skills to create a purely vegetarian style of dim sum which melds fashionable international cuisines with authentic Taiwanese tastes, he has created an original menu which not only preserves the healthy goodness of organic vegetarian cooking, but also created flavors and textures which are sure to dazzle!
